Software
Products Overview
The easiest is the hardest. But we can claim, that our S7-software tools are easy to understand and to use. With special functions to keep the overview, even if you are not programming every day. The visualization tool needs one PC-monitor only, the multiinstancable remote tool creates cost free master displays, the configurator is done mostly be drag´n drop and the service tool can download all into the devices and set the uncrackable know-how protection. And all these tools are smart and fast to install with nearly no hardware requirements in a few minutes. And always new innovative features like VNC-Server or online backup & restore without PC and always as free service.
ConfigStage
S7-Configuration for simple
The S7-configuration tool ConfigStage is a cost free software for configuration of INSEVIS-PLCs. And it is comparable with a hardware configuration manager. It is used for communication interfaces as well as for periphery – onboard as decentral and external. It is possible to assign Ethernet-connections, IP-address ranges or to config 2 Ethernet ports as a switch. Also mapping external CAN-slaves by their EDS-file into the S7-program blocks. Or assign Modbus Registers to your S7-variable. Add periphery by drag´n drop, assign address areas and configure I/O-functions intuitively to the selected modules. Activate the static webserver and NTP functionality for CPU-T-devices. Be sure, that an internal plausibility test works in background and will warn you to prevent address conflicts. This tool is a real sample for best practice to handle a configuration. And – it is free. NEW: With version 1.0.17.0 the new PCxxx1T and DP301C are configurable.
RemoteStage
Remote visualization, controlling
This software is a portable tool for free remote visualization – you do not need to install it. Why? Because these kind of software is to use in time scheduled batch file processing too. In one instance it helps to upload all archive data (alarms, recipes, trends, DBs) and converts it into csv-format. As part of a batch process e.g. each Sunday morning including saving at the remote PC. But the main instannce is to work as remote visualization like a 2nd panel on your PC to give you the chance to visualize and to control your application remote by an Ethernet-connection. No need to edit your S7-PLC-program – the RemoteStage contains a driver for S7-communication as active Put/Get-partner. Because of this software is multiinstancable you may built up a master display, containing several RemoteStages with each displaying another PLC as remote panel in your PC-monitor.
ServiceStage
S7-service tool –
This free S7-service tool is that simple and smart, that it would not need a manual. But anyway – there is one. It can download compiled files only to protect source code from illegal use. The ServiceStage is one of the most simple maintenance tools for our PLCs and most functions work with S7-300/400 as well. Everybody does understand it immediately and can use it directly. And it uses S7-wld- and visualization-binary files only. So that the maintenance job can be done by the customer or external companies as well. This free tool can set a real hard know-how-protection to prevent illegal reading and writing. And this protection protects much harder than any password. Also interesting: create backup files online and copy your data as a binary to another panel or PLC of the same type without PC. What do you need? Just only a standard Micro-SD-card. And: ServiceStage asks
VisuStage
S7-visualization for free
How to create a powerful and modern visualization with a poor budget? Our S7-visualization tool VisuStage solves this problem. And it offers lots of simple to configure functions like function- and trend graph viewers, alarm- and event viewers, recipe- and user management systems with one language in the free lean version. Unlimited languages are possible in licensed versions. The integrated simulation tool is able to simulate visualization together with the S7-program via Siemens S7-PLCSIM. An integrated converter adapts existing TIA-WinCC-visualizations to INSEVIS format. For users of the Siemens-tool WinCCflex there is nearly no differences in handling the S7-visualization program. And for CPU-T devices with a VNC-Server integrated for an 1:1 controlling. It works for free at the Siemens-sm@rt client. The new auto-synchronizing of S7-variables with existing S7-projects in SimaticManager or TIA-Portal prevents that your visualization- and S7-protects drift apart.
